Theft of Catalytic Convertors
 
Dear Coordinator,

We just wanted to bring to your attention that there has been a slight increase in thefts of Catalytic convertors across the Force. Offenders generally target vehicles with a higher wheel base e.g. Vans, 4X4.
These offences are generally occurring overnight. Usually an angle grinder is used to remove the item.
This can be a very noisy operation and we would ask any one seeing or hearing anything suspicious to contact the police.
