Consumer Direct - 0845 404 0506
Trading Standards Hotline - 0845 604 4466

Genuine employees of Three Valleys Water and other utility companies carry Identity cards and won't mind waiting whilst you check. Close the door and call their company, don't let them into your property until you're sure. IF IN DOUBT KEEP THEM OUT!
